IBAN tools 1.5.1 released

IBAN tools 1.5.1 fixes validation issues with BIC numbers that include branch code. Also, I added testing on node.js version 9 to Travis CI, next to latest 6, 7, and 8 versions.

You can install new version using NPM or bower.
